I was skeptical about needing more electrolytes, but after a long run this really perked me up without that heavy sports-drink taste. The lemon-lime and cherry combo is crisp and not too sweet.

The three flavors mix surprisingly well—lemon-lime gives it a bright kick while cherry and raspberry round it out. I’ve noticed I feel less sluggish after workouts since switching to this for 3x the electrolytes.

I've tried a ton of hydration powders and this one actually tastes like real fruit—the lemon-lime with cherry and raspberry is refreshing without being too sweet. It definitely helps me rehydrate faster after my runs.
